• Greet patients politely and graciously at check in. Complete patient registration and verify patient demographics and insurance information. Obtain Consent to Treatment and HIPPA forms as well as other necessary patient signatures and provide medical history paperwork for specific appointments, • Schedule patient appointments electronically using EPIC according to scheduling guidelines.• Triage incoming phone calls to clinical and scheduling lines.
