I am pursuing a Master of Arts in English Literature at Virginia Commonwealth University, where I explore my passion for reading, writing, and analyzing texts. I aim to apply my critical thinking and creative skills to enhance my career in hospitality and customer service, as well as to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I have a demonstrated history of working with veterans, having served as a Captain and a Closer at NewDay USA, a mortgage company that helps veterans achieve their financial goals. I have also worked as a Paralegal Case Manager at Goodman Allen Donnelly, a law firm that represents veterans in disability claims. I value the opportunity to give back to those who have served our country and to learn from their experiences. I am a natural-born leader, a fast learner, and a team player.
