Cardin.• Principal liaison to the OSCE and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, consisting of countries and parliamentarians from 57 participating nations.• Travel extensively throughout Europe and Eurasia promoting human rights, economic development and parliamentary diplomacy.• Organize public hearings, briefings, and congressional travel to Europe and Central Asia.
