Completed internship at Apratima biosolutions under the guidance of Mr. Rohit Roy and Dr. Kavyashree Manjunath. The internship involves computational biology to study the structures of proteins. (August-2023). During this internship we worked on Molecular dynamics simulation of a protein. As an intern my take away from this internship was team work and understanding the final output required.
