Shifted responsibilities from System Administrator work to Azure / Modern Workplace Architect (O365 / Azure) roleIn 2021, I focused on maintaining and improving existing Azure AD Only (domainless) customer environments. - Implement Mobile Phone management and Conditional Access restrictions based on accepted and enrolled devices.- Created & maintained new website for our company (WordPress-based).- Social media marketingIn 2020 as an Azure / Modern Workplace Architect, I did the following:- Planned and deployed Azure AD architecture for existing 10+ tenants and for all new tenants. Specifically focused on serverless architecture - Decommissioned existing stagnant AD environment and produced it in Azure AD as a customer focused solution that is modern, easy to maintain and easy to scale both up and downwards as needed- Developed a tenant specific AutoPilot deployment model for each tenant, which replaces MDT and brings ease-of-use and quick deployment benefits to customer that are not tied to any external partners- Deployed customer specific customized software packages via Intune to customer devices during AutoPilot deployment - Created Powershell scripts for the necessary additional tidbits that AutoPilot does not yet support- Created a lot of additional Powershell scripts that were required for specific production tasks.- Updated and created new simplified physical office LAN/WLAN networks that replaced the aging customer office network structures- Lead and kept all of these said projects updated with our capable team of colleagues- Designed two separate production ready Windows Virtual Desktop Environments with Azure Active Directory Domain Services as the baseline authentication instead of On-Prem AD- Designed the Azure Architecture for production apps that leveraged the newly deployed WVD environment to replace Citrix XenApp- Managed additional http(s) Web Apps with developers through Azure Application Proxy and Azure AD DS managed VM

Started working as a System Administrator in December 2018 as a side of 1st line SD. Work shifted 100% to SysAdmin in late january 2019 when our organizational changes went through.Currently managing the migration projects of several customers to Win10 + Azure AD + Intune + RMM base along with modernizing the customer environments to 2020 standards. This includes: - Project management for said projects- Azure AD Domain join + Autopilot testing and deployment- Intune win32, LOB, office and Store app management- Office lan/wlan network simplification + planning- Powershell scripting for multitude of things (f.ex Printers, software installs, Azure AD dynamic groups, registry edits)- RMM management via Kaseya VSA- Data migration from on-premises to Sharepoint- Planning future server environments for customers (keeping the amount to a minimum)I'm also responsible for - Maintaining, planning, updating and running Kaseya VSA SaaS enviroment. Most likely will be updating/adding a "failover" RMM in addition of Kaseya in the future. - Maintaining our SCCM server and client endpoints along with software deployments from SCCM. - Existing MDT server is also mainly maintained by me. - Maintaining our existing virtual server environment with our colleagues (AD/SCCM/DFS/GPO).

Service Desk duties (1st and 2nd level) mainly. Remote desktop troubleshooting, management and control. Also software and hardware installations via SCCM, MDT or manually via remote desktop. Nowadays SCCM management and package creation, maintaining existing packages and designing our new customer products along with colleagues. Moving to a different role soonish.O365 and AD/SCCM management is part of normal daily work. Complex AD security group management for customers is common. I also work with Citrix XenApp for a few of our customers and I've repaired a few of our apps to working condition. Server issue troubleshooting is also common. Since our team is quite small, everyone has a broad range of skills and we can freely do as much as we can in 1st level as well.Service requests are handled by either incoming/outgoing phone calls and via E-mails to the customers.Customer satisfaction is at 99%/100% for the whole SD team, so the service we provide is swift and on point. Ticket numbers are between 150 and 250 monthly for me, total ticket amount is around 300 to 450 for the company. I receive tickets rated as "Good" or with a comment for about 25% to 35% of all of my resolved tickets, so the rate is very good (since this rating is not enforced upon ticket closure).

Normal Service Desk/ 2nd level ITIL work. Most of the work was about hardware installations and solving problems with our customers software. We also did normal software installations, and for hardware most of the installations were either laptops or desktops with a side dish of printers.
