I work with our customers to articulate an overall strategy of webdesign, digital marketing and online customer retention. Besides that, I am responsible for managing the SEA and SEO campaigns, social media accounts and email marketing strategies.

At Microsoft, I was responsible for driving Office 365 subscriptions and Surface devices by providing Windows in the Classroom workshops to our customers. Together with our system integrator and training partners, I redesigned the workshop to improve its quality and increase follow-up sales leads.In addition, I completed my MSc thesis at Microsoft where I conducted research on the business impact that Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) have on a university's business model, and the implications for Microsoft's solutions for institutions of higher education.

BoGames exploited an online mafia game for the Dutch market. BoGames had over 3,000 active players a month, with around 50% being paid members.

During my time at Google, I was the project manager for the anniversary video celebrating a 10 years milestone of Google being present in Ireland. The creative was submitted for the 2014 ICAD (Irish Creative Art and Design) awards, and has won in two categories: Web Film and Art Production Design.Besides that, I was responsible for the marketing and branding of the first Pan-EMEA ‘Think Digital’ event targeting 300 high potential SMBs, organised in collaboration with the EMEA sales teams.Finally, I conducted research on including social proof in Google's email marketing campaigns through A/B testing in order to drive reactivation of AdWords customers and led the quality assurance initiatives for email marketing programs.

At Google, I consulted small and medium sized business in the BeNeLux to optimize their AdWords campaigns and general online presence. My main focus was on mobile, where I helped advertisers to successfully target multiple channels and devices nowadays used by their end consumers. At the end of my internship, I trained the internal sales team on the best practices that should be used when advertising on mobile platforms.
