Oscar Lights are pedestal lighting units that create warmth & ambiance to any space. The original unit (built in the '60's) by my father, William H. Walker, was in our family home in Ohio for years. Responsible for $3.4 million production and creative services budget. Managing a staff of 7 — including Art and Copy Directors, Print Production Manager, and Web Creative Team.• Led internal and external creative teams in executing online and offline activities. Duties included posting promotions, product launches, email blasts and developing multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns.• Managed Web creative schedules and directed the development of content for program and product pages. In addition, developed strategies for “home” and “landing” pages along with various e-mail campaigns with Product and Promotional managers. • Developed product packaging, point-of-purchase and various in-store displays to support JABRA Cellular headset sales in retail channels. Channel partners included Verizon, Best Buy, Staples, Office Max and Staples.• Managed print production of over 18 million catalogs per year. Duties include procuring all paper for rotogravure and offset presses and the manufacturing (printing) of catalogs. Conducted an RFP between three print vendors that yielded 18% savings ($216k) in annual catalog print production costs.ª Developed multiple solo mailings that were tested and designed to lower the cost of prospecting and build the Hello Direct house file.

NEBS Advertising — Groton, MAResponsible for $1.2 million ad budget and managed a staff of 10 - including an Art Director, Sr. Copywriters, Designers and a Corporate Design Studio.• Worked closely with NEBS vertical market managers to develop catalogs, flyers, and brochures Web site content and other direct-marketing vehicles.• Reviewed and managed external creative resources, such as catalog agencies, ad agencies, design studios, and freelance teams.

ADVERTISING MANAGER (2000 – 2001)Company Colors (NEBS Work Clothing Division) — Groton, MAResponsible for driving, planning and implementing the advertising of this new product line that reached annual sales of $27 million. • Developed catalog creative that targeted seasonal sales, and sales by vertical markets. • Launched Company Colors brand across other NEBS divisions (RapidForms, DFS), and developed additional catalogs to support initiative.• Added Web site functionality that enabled customers to “design-on-line” their custom embroidery.
