I was able to establish a digital transformation strategy that applied a “cloud first, security baked in” approach, saving the company over hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual technology and security costs while reducing its on-premises reliance and bolstering its security posture. Additionally, I was able to rebuild an Information Security program complete with hiring and managing a dedicated security team, delivery of a SOC 2 report, and compliance achievement all in one year.

The results of which enabled hundreds of customers reps to setup and deliver thousands of customer solutions which reached millions of users and enabled them to sign up for and purchase valuable benefits.

I was able to build solid partnerships with customer technology teams that resulted in cost efficient, timely solutions that increased user engagement and boosted customer profits. The highlight of which was an integration retirement solution which was enabled and encouraged users to contribute more towards their retirement and which resulted in user contribution increases averaging 30% more thanks to the solution.
