Multiple roles within the conferencing department, including customer service, outbound sales, VIP customer management, sales support & collaboration sales specialist across a nominated customer territory which was in excess of approx 100 key accounts (including ANZ, NAB, Vic Public Health Alliances, Coles Myer etc)Most recent role responsibilities were:Sales / Business development- Educating the internal Telstra Sales community (Account Executives) - initially this was a large focus of the role in the newly established business unit.
