As the Motivating the Masses Events Director I oversee all MTM event logistics ranging from smaller Mastermind events with 15 - 50 participants to larger conference events with 400+ participants. Oversight includes: - Vendor negotiations and relations- Recruit, train and retain event volunteers- Event sales projections & execution strategy - Marketing strategy to include event feeders, JV and affiliate partners- Fulfillment strategy and campaign . - Event budget- Hotel and conference center venue selections and negotiations- Large scale production, including livestream execution

As the leader in coordinating on-site corporate Health and Lifestyle Expos for 25 years, Health Dimensions continues to serve clients nationwide with customized, interactive, educational and FUN on-site Health and Lifestyle Expos AND ongoing education via lunch and learns and monthly newsletters. As Vice President of Business Development, it is my privilege to invest in and grow our current client base while networking with prospective clients. To do so, I regularly connect with each via phone, webinar and in person presentations and attend networking events through the PIHRA and the SD SHRM organizations. I creatively lead the corporate Health Dimensions marketing efforts, invest in new, innovative expo services and approaches to enhance the employee expo experience and assist with the management of Health Dimensions social media efforts. With my personal and our combined company passion for employee wellness, I also have the honor of implementing monthly wellness challenges and initiatives. In doing so, I provide local education and resources for all Health Dimensions employees, engage the staff in lunch and learn opportunities, schedule employee unity events and provide community outreach opportunities.

Health Dimensions is a nationwide marketing company that collaborates with large corporations, benefits carriers, and insurance brokers to bring forth realistic resources to working Americans helping them make the right decisions toward leading a healthier life. My role consists of three main responsibilities:1. Create a strong event team that provides extraordinary service to all Health Dimensions clients2. Retain and grow Health Dimensions’ corporate and vendor client base3. Oversee corporate client marketing campaignAs the manager of the Event Department, it is my honor to hire, train, and creatively come alongside each of my Event Coordinators to ensure that all 450 annual corporate events we coordinate are customized to each corporate client in a streamlined, efficient manner. Each event has a set budget, for the client and expected revenue for Health Dimensions, and therefore required negotiations and proposals. In addition to this leadership provided, I am solely responsible for securing all expos, whether they be new or renewing clients. This involves a personal sales approach with each client that begins from a blank slate and grows into long-term clients. RFP’s are provided for local and nationwide prospective clients. At an average annual client cost of $1,000, I am happy to have exceeded $167K in revenue in 2014. To remain relevant within the industry and an active part of our clients’ health care initiatives, I oversee the message and design of all marketing and advertising campaigns.

In addition to coordinating the behind-the-scenes coordination, I also executed the on-site coordination of expos not only in Los Angeles but nationwide.

My role as the Event Manager/Administrator of North County’s 12,000+ mega-church at North Coast Church, consisted of the following:􏰀 - Managing local and national large-scale conferences and training seminars (up to groups of 700)􏰀- Managing budgets in excess of 150k􏰀- Developing and managing marketing and advertising campaigns via direct mail, website, and social network marketing outlets􏰀- Managing graphic designers and conference vendors􏰀- Developing relationships and negotiating with hospitality vendors􏰀- Overseeing and managing Training Network Director schedule􏰀- Managing database of current and prospective clients􏰀- Recruiting, training, and managing event team volunteer teams (75+)
