Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.• Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll and other Business Units, vendors, and/or internal information systems staff to design new or modify existing human resource information systems to meet changing requirements. • Serves as HR department liaison to the IT function. In my role I have the authority to recommend, implement, and plan for improvements and enhancements to the systems in support of the business functions. I counsel on project management, change management or leadership in the introduction of innovative technology in support of HR functions. • Develop project plans and lead complex client projects for HR technology system changes. Possess comprehensive Human Resource knowledge and Information Technology skills. • May perform various Information Technology roles such as analysis, development, testing, deployment, data base management, configuration, and on-going support. • Manage internal data base and collaborates with vendors and internal IT staff to provide Human Resources staff with the data and tools to support decision making. • Develop proper system and process documentation. Served as a liaison between internal partners and the Virtual Studios staff. Managed the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of training.• Pre-production – Worked with the PC, Delivery and Design teams to decide what courses fit best on the delivery option. Scheduled meetings with all involved parties. Managed the coordination around virtual training site locations, delivery unit specifications and delivery implementation by instructors. Performed all scheduling coordination.• Production – Attended live training to gather feedback for the client. Consulted with design and delivery to provide content recommendations to enhance engagement opportunities based on a delivery option's features and capabilities. Delivered training for participants in the broadcast lifecycle. • Post-production – Reviewed recorded broadcasts for quality review. Requested instructor and operation feedback. Analyzed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) results to uncover potential gaps in training that were discussed on debrief calls with the clients. Conducted debrief calls to discuss key attributes of the delivery for enhancement opportunities.• To better understand all roles within our Broadcasting Studios, I was a Technical Director for over a year punching hundreds of hours of live training on our Ross Carbonite switcher. I also ran up to 3 cameras, digital mixer, instant replay sounds, blackstorm for videos, CG, and virtual meeting rooms for up to 100 students at a time. I also had the opportunity to edit shows via the Adobe Premier Pro CC from recording trainings that the client would post to an on-line portal for on-going learning.

Reviewed and supported specific training modules. Coordinated training dates and locations to support managers that have a work stoppage assignment. Send vital communications via email to assigned managers to ensure they finish the mandatory training.• Worked with Performance Consultants within AT&T to build training program’s which are a particular set of web-based and leader-led courses that Managers will need to finish so that they are prepared if a union strike occurred. During these builds, I had to ensure these courses are functioning and available to the Managers for participation. In the event that some Managers have the job skills or other qualifying capabilities, they could be waived from the training courses in which I would process these waivers.• I also work on other projects such as writing and filming “V-Log’s” for the Managers during the event. These “V-Log’s” include relevant information to ensure the Managers are moving effortlessly through their training and giving communication updates to time sensitive events.

Delivered quality training to our call center representatives on techniques that should be used when aiding customers that included customer records, maintenance, provision, service order negotiations, and credit work. Determined teaching techniques most proper for class and modified course delivery and content on class circumstances.
