Responsible for PMO team focused on delivery of Microsoft and end-user computing IT solutions. As part of this role, facilitate the continuous improvement loop for projects, ensure development of reusable solution sets and implement organizational change management offerings.

Provided oversight of a $13 million digital desktop transformation program for a large healthcare customer over two years. Responsible for budget and on-time delivery of more than 20 complex IT infrastructure projects with multiple project managers.

Managed Office 365 platform projects involving SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook, Skype, Yammer, Office 365 Video, and licensing. Maintained O365 roadmap and provided program-level oversight.Key projects:• Office 365 licensing optimization – Managed complicated effort to clean up unused and incorrectly assigned Office 365 licenses, saving the company approximately $800,000 per year. Project included communication to local and plant IT, documentation of project requirements, risk identification and tracking, and implementation of an automated process to assign correct licensing.• Microsoft Teams and Planner rollout – Managed the introduction of two new Microsoft tools. Required company-wide communication, software packaging and rollout, pilot testing, employee training, and support materials.• Kiosk worker security project – At Labor Relations’ request, implemented changes to restrict access to Office 365 tools for manufacturing employees. Required complete revision of the plant portal and the SharePoint permissions strategy, including implementation of Azure conditional access. Also included creation of an online request and approval process, communication to plant and local IT, and support documentation. • SharePoint Designer access process – Implemented a more stringent approval process for granting access to SharePoint Designer. Required identification of out-of-compliance sites, cleanup of existing access, a new access request process, development of a policy and user agreement, and communication to affected users and IT.• Site provisioning tool rollout – Developed and managed requirements for an online tool that allows users to request new SharePoint sites. Performed heuristic evaluation and QA testing.

Analyzed HR processes, developed as-is and to-be process models, documented business requirements, designed functional prototypes, and managed usability testing for a PeopleSoft-based system designed to automate HR transactions in the U.S. and Asia.

Managed global, company-wide deployment of HR portal content. Implemented user-centered design methodology throughout the process, ensuring that local and regional needs were met while maintaining consistency in the global design. Analyzed HR processes and identified opportunities for alignment. Responsible for requirements definition, on-time project delivery, interface design, usability testing, and communication and change-management plans. Managed three direct reports and a 20-member international project team.

Work included requirements definition, system testing, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, interface design and content development for Web-based applications. Clients included Meijer, Chrysler, Hewlett-Packard, Quixtar (Amway), The HON Company, Konica Minolta and Spectrum Health.
