As a Data Analyst at Mylo, I leverage data driven insights to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from UIET Panjab University, and I am proficient in SQL, Python, and Power BI.I built a scalable product recommendation system that directly impacts the company's revenue growth and provides a personalized experience to app users. I also implemented user segmentation using k-means and k-modes clustering algorithms to serve multiple use cases around app personalization. Additionally, I created a smart sample assignment system that drives repeat orders, and a warehouse allocation system that improves logistics cost. I work with the category and revenue teams to provide actionable insights, monitor and optimize P&L and RTO metrics, and set up and evaluate multiple A/B experiments.
