Developed drivers to interface Arduino micro controller with Texas instruments integrated circuits for managing batteries on an electric race car using SPI/UART protocols and proprietary data frames from TI. Built a simple hardware set up to test functionality of code. Debugged and helped with hardware design. Code written in C++ mainly with lots of datasheets reading.

Explored the PySys testing framework and streamlined the starting/stopping of several programs for a system test with a Python script. Integrated into a CI/CD pipeline as a script on GitLab and is run every time changes are pushed up to the repo. Main work in Python with exposure to Bash scripts, YAML, GitLab.Implemented a simple peak detection algorithm and display results on an existing web interface for diagnostics of an embedded system. Mainly worked in Python with exposure to Flask server framework, MatplotLib, JavaScript.

Mocked out a service for an application to remove hardware dependency to run on native/Linux build environment. The service was written with XML configurable failures to facilitate feature testing of the larger application in CI/CD and was unit tested with the Catch2 framework.
