Administered grant to the State of Georgia Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Technical Committee which earned the RDC a national Innovations Award from NADO and was named a speaker at the 2001 NADO Conference in San Antonio. Initiated study of regional wastewater system for Coweta and Meriwether counties. Managed departmental budget and contracts for service with state and federal agencies and local governments. Supervised staff of six professional planners and GIS specialists.
