I confront adversity with determination to build a better future for my family and community. Despite challenges, like growing up in public housing and balancing two jobs while studying, I became a first-generation college graduate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.Having over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles. What I enjoy most about those roles was being able to engage with my clients. I thrive on problem-solving, turning a problem around in record time is a challenge that drives me to seek results. While working as a buyer at an e-commerce start-up, I collaborated with multiple departments to secure accounts and increase the market share for accessories and beauty by 43%.I'm innovative, personable, and a bit of a creative nerd.
