While attending college at Mississippi State University, I worked summers in the various trades that F.L. Crane performs. Upon graduation, I began estimating and project managing, and from there, I focused on improving the company's operations. In October 2019, I became President and concentrate on being a servant leader to the company's employees.My responsibilities and passion are grounded in navigating the company in the continual pursuit of innovation while maintaining the roots and culture of generations before me. As a fourth-generation company leader, I am dedicated to building a reputation that is second to none while continually focusing on leading the company to a place of adaptability to accommodate the ever-changing industry and workforce. This adaptation has led our company to focus on becoming the first choice for CFS Load Bearing Construction, Prefabricated Exterior Curtain Wall Panels, and Exterior Metal Panel Finish Systems.At F.L. Crane & Sons, we have achieved a standard untouched by competitors with a list of capabilities continually growing with the ever-changing landscape of the construction industry. The decreasing experienced labor workforce has given F.L. Crane & Sons the opportunity to invest in new means and methods to maximize our reputation. These new means and methods are what we have categorized as our off-site construction capabilities, where panelizing interior and exterior wall panels off-site takes place in controlled warehouse environments.
