I was also able to shadow different people on their daily activities including strategy meetings or work on long and short term projects as well.

Responsible for several operations towards customer satisfaction at concerts throughout the summer season. Daily tasks included matching handicapped credentials with the previously purchased ticket. Personally escorting people to their specially reserved seating areas. Diffusing physical altercations in order to provide a safe environment for both working and concert viewing. Checking tickets of every patron to make sure that they have easy knowledge of where their seat is located and to prevent them from entering parts of the venue's seating where they shouldn't be. Issuing wristbands to concertgoers in order for them to gain access to certain parts of the amphitheater.

Assisted customers and ensured they understood local and facility ordinances while also guaranteeing promoter on-time entry and exit. Had to quickly think on solutions to problems such as poor positioning of parked vehicles and wrong routes that people took in order to park. After shows, directing traffic and assisting people both out of the amphitheater and to their desired locations.
