Working on emergency escalation tickets in the NCFAST benefit system. Tickets are handled through Remedy. Bugs are tracked through JIRA.The NCFAST system handles benefits for Medicaid, Food Stamps, Cash Assistance, and Energy Assistance. Because of bugs or human errors benefits are held back so we work through tickets to fix these issues and report bugs to the developers in weekly scrum meetings.

If a system/server went down I would contact the on-call teams to get the service back up and running so packages can keep moving. If the outage was going to be long term I would update the outage board so end users could know about the outage without contacting anyone.
