A passionate organization development professional, with a non-linear career spanning varied industries, including BFSI, Media, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, FMCG, Automobiles, Facility Management, Heavy Engineering, Health care and Hospitality. I have had the opportunity to contribute from both ends of the spectrum - an external consultant and an internal resource, on agendas ranging from HR processes to performance and talent management, to building inclusive mindsets and DEI eco-systems to organization transformation and being an evangelist for culture change.Partly by chance and partly by choice, the non-linear trajectory of my career has helped me have a steep learning curve, with memorable successes and considerable failures early in the game, which enabled me "to learn, how to learn" - a skill I consider my strongest trait.I have extensive experience in rigorous organization diagnostics and subsequent set up and deployment of HRBP processes, Performance Management (Goal-setting, leadership scorecards, culture of continuous feedbacks), and drafting approach and roadmaps for culture, change and learning solutions, and building frameworks that align with organizational context and enable the desired impact.Over my professional journey of over 8 years, I have progressively learnt and unlearnt many personal mindsets, to be able to hone my people skills, stakeholder management, project management, and collaborative execution while continuing to strengthen my confidence to remain curious, courageous and self-aware.
