Managed a division of 12 electricians as well as managed two divisions of personnel (28 electricians and mechanics) for one four month deployment. Planned, coordinated and executed more than 380 preventive maintenance events per year to help ensure reactor plant and engineering system reliability and safety.Worked for over three years in Performance Monitoring Team coordinating engineering support system maintenance on 14 submarines.
