I am a student at Utah Valley University. During this time, I am gaining attributes that can help me be a better employee. I have learned how to design and create systems to improve employee productivity. I have headed several inter-department projects that helped customer experience. I have also been able to work with companies around the world on what they need in order to better improve the employee experience. My goal is to work on the systems in the healthcare industry once I finish my degree.
