I have had the opportunity to work with enterprise software and SaaS organizations on growth and realignment over the years. I've also had the privilege to lead incredible groups of people across the world, spanning from North America to EMEA and APAC in pre-sales, direct sales, biz dev, and executive leadership functions.Outside of work, you can find me doing a myriad of activities, from wakesurfing to flying. I have been an active pilot for the last 30+ years and have flown for personal, business, and charitable purposes. I am also an active musician playing in church worship bands for the last 25+ years, and have helped lead youth groups weekly and on international mission trips. My wife of 25+ years and I have 3 grown kids and are active supporters of the foster and adopt community, having adopted a teenage child ourselves.
