Gathered, evaluated, and analyzed data and provided information about the WPSP both to the general public and to Wilson Institute for International Scholars policymakers. Provided data analysis in support of the assessment of delegates learning, achieving goals, and of project effectiveness. Conducted surveys or research, coordinated reporting on education data to federal and state governments, and monitored publications to ensure that accurate and appropriate data were published.

Conducted qualitative interviews, monitored, and evaluated English Innovations, an enhanced English as Second Language Program, sponsored by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Conducted interviews in English and French and translated numerous documents into French for aspiring US Citizens in Washington State.

I worked with the Career Development Office and Alumnae Association to foster a bi-college career network among alumni and students through programs and individual assistance. I expanded the network in Washington State such that a small group of only about 10 active alumnae grew to 100 active members within three years. I am a statistician and project manager specializing in cognitive and behavioral sciences regarding social and health services. The TOPICS grant (R01 AA018673) focuses on automating behavioral coding via text-mining and speech signal processing. Weekly volunteer to the King County Public Health needle exchange. Facilitate clean needle exchange, distribute safe injection equipment, condoms, and guidance for case management to HIV/AIDS clients in the King County Region.

Volunteered at Veterans Affairs Hospital in Seattle, WA. Assisted staff in Rehabilitation Medicine Clinics (OT, PT, In Patient, Out Patient, Acute Care, Transitional Care) and offered patients support during appointments.

Conducted statistical analyses and wrote statistical reports and analysis plans for clinical trial designs, methods, and interpretation of oncology drug studies. Regulatory filing experience: New Drug Application (NDA) Process for Pixantrone, Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) for Opaxio, and supplemental Biologics License Application (sBLA) for Zevalin. Interacted with study teams with diverse knowledge and backgrounds on a daily basis.

Review candidate single nucleotide polymorphisms in re-sequencing data of separate genetic databases: Environmental Genome Project, Programs for Genomic Application, and external research scholars. Designing and communicating to technicians the additional experiments needed to complete, format, and submit data files to the National Center for Biotechnology Information databases. Providing statistical analysis support to genetic epidemiologists for re-sequenced genes for cardiovascular disease, post menopausal women, and anti-coagulant studies via regressions, power analysis, and sample size calculations.
