Caucus for Women in Statistics and Data Science

The Caucus for Women in Statistics and Data Science (CWS) is an international, professional statistical society formed in 1971, for the education, employment and advancement of women in statistics and data science. Membership is open to anyone who supports our mission and vision, from academia, industry, government and elsewhere. Our vision is a world where women in the profession of statistics and data science have equal opportunity and access to influence policies and decisions in workplaces, governments, and communities. Our mission is to advance the careers of women statisticians and data scientists through advocacy, providing resources and learning opportunities, increasing their professional participation and visibility, and promoting and assessing research that impacts them.
