My long-term career goal is to become a financial advisor to help people achieve those goals and worry about one less thing.At Casper's Ice Cream, I simultaneously work as a facilities maintenance worker, ice-cream salesperson, and production employee. As a maintenance worker, I have the opportunity to be creative and problem solve. I engage with many employees to develop solutions that fit their needs. Selling ice cream has been a life-altering experience for me. I have sold approximately $150,000 of ice cream as a salesperson. I have interacted with thousands of customers, which has taught me the importance of having positive customer relations. We have noticed high customer retention and received mostly positive feedback, which has been very fulfilling. When machines on a production line that runs 450 bars per minute malfunction, the situation becomes stressful very quickly.
