I graduated from Montana Tech in 2016. I was in Texas working in the oilfields south of Houston for a year and a half while price of oil was low. I gained valuable hands on experience doing some roustabout and pipeline work as well as some mechanic and dirt work. I moved to Williston in November of 2017 and worked on the chemical side of the oilfield, mainly in production chemicals as a tech and an account coordinator. I got the opportunity to specialize in salt water disposals and spent a year and a half focusing on chemical treatments for SWDs, as well as getting to dabble in the operations and facilities of SWDs.
