CurrentEffectively monitor survey platform and to ensure assigned functions of system and the agent, helping maintain the integrity of our data and to identify recommended system enhancements, training opportunities, and employee recognition.• Create guidelines and tools to audit agents of the survey platform to ensure all functions and agent responsibilities while maintaining standards of quality.• Implemented systems for position and processes for different ways to ensure quality throughout the department.• Audit correspondence between customer and agent to focus on employee training and growth.• Create and maintain reports based off audit results to address training and recognition.• Assist with the agent training and instituting growth plans by sharing data with appropriate managers.• Perform user acceptance testing on defined topics used by customers for insights.• Audit all dashboards within platform for accuracy, format, and recommend enhancements to make them more insightful and user-friendly• Assist in documenting new quality control processes and reporting• Support efforts to improve the process and function of the CAD department.
