My position at CWD Group has me monitor the phones and emails where I liaise with clients, councils and service authorities. I process all of the billings and manage the accounts & budgets. I am responsible for all proposals and project initiations, hiring of staff, document control & data entry but not limited to.

I ran my beauty business out of a room within a busy hair studio where I built up an amazing loyal clientele whilst also getting a lot of foot traffic. Amoungst everything Beauty related my other duties included appointment setting and time management, data entry, stock replenishing and ordering, multitasking salon and administration duties simultaneously, invoice management and the training of new employees.
