I lead brand and growth marketing efforts for the Texas, New Mexico and Oregon region’s of Providence with a focus on data driven marketing strategies aimed at driving measurable growth in key areas.

When an unexpected departure happened in our largest market, I was asked to step in and lead the team while we searched for a replacement located in Southern California. From my home base in Texas, I helped stabilize the existing team and redesign its structure for an incoming AVP that was hired by the end of the year. Though my tenure was relatively short, the challenge of a complex market like Southern California was a great experience.
