A former captain of DePaul University’s Division 1 Volleyball team and the first Black Woman to graduate from Vanderbilt University in the JD/Masters in Finance dual degree program, Tyler Griffin has experience representing private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and capital markets. She most prominently advises on venture capital/private equity financing and M&A transactions that transform both startups and established businesses.Tyler loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her husband and her long-haired miniature dachshund, Prince Louie Andouille, in her free time. She also enjoys hiking and attends yoga classes on a regular basis.
