Writer, educator, and marketer, with 15 years experience in higher education, writing and editing for various media, communications, content development, the nexus of education, psychology, and content, as well as marketing through focused channels (B2B, B2C, B2B2C, channel).Six of those years have been focused on building actionable, scalable, and dynamic continuing education programs for financial advisors, with an emphasis on education that is compelling and engaging, helping advisors evolve into their modern role as a behavioral and life coach. These programs deliver the education and resources investors want from their advisor. Behind the scenes, my roles have been all about delivering easy-to-access programs that make a quantitative difference, while adhering to the highest industry accreditation standards. Not only do I create these forward-looking programs, but I also teach them. Before entering the financial services industry, I served two institutions as an Instructor of English, specializing in Creative Writing, 20th Century American Literature, Postmodernism, the Psychology of Writing, and Composition and Rhetoric. In this capacity, my service included advising students, clubs, publications, as well as mentoring students through a Liberal Arts Learning Community and a personal development program. The entirety of my career has focused on the intersection of education, communications, and psychology, all in an effort to measurably, guide others to achieving their goals.
