With over 5 years of experience working in sports from college UAA, to MLB, to currently with the NFL, I have a wide range of skills in sales, marketing, event coordination, and customer service relationship management. I focus on customer-centric strategies that increase revenue and build and maintain lasting business relationships. I have a Sport Management degree from the prestigious University of Florida, and have thrived in a diverse and collaborate team approach with the Carolina Panthers, and internships with the Washington Nationals, the Tampa Bay Rays and the Boston Red Sox. I’ve excelled in private seat licenses, and premium/group ticket sales which has led to surpassing revenue goals. I have a proven track record for exceeding sales expectations and establishing a loyal customer base whereby receiving word of mouth referrals because I place individuals and businesses at the center of my attention.
