A comprehensive program has been constructed that will offer the candidate both a practical and theoretical application for use in their future career and Fraternal endeavors; and has been crafted to expose the intern to an assortment of Fraternal tactical and strategic business real-time endeavors. Introduced to, and gained deep insights into the operational aspects associated with running a large, well-known, nonprofit organization. Within this role, I was involved in various planning sessions for the organization’s hallmark event (i.e. The 84th Grand Conclave), providing logistical support, and functioning as a liaison to the executive leadership of the organization.

In this program, students learned strategic consulting skills to analyze and evaluate challenges from nonprofit and social justice organizations using consulting frameworks, in an overall effort to help them solve their important problems. Selected individuals will be paired with a specific organization and dive into some of their problems, such as development, impact assessment, process improvements, talent engagement, communication, and strategic positioning. Throughout this program, professionals from PwC will provide mentorship and coaching.
