Subtle Notes Inc (SNI) s an S-Corp specializing in Public Services on Maui & beyond.The educational branch of SNI is ZMI (Zoom Music Island) a personal music education service helping to uncover and develop the innate talents and virtuosity of musical people (usually kids ages 4-18 y/o), on a client by client basis. We specialize in Piano, Guitar, Voice, Ukulele, Songwriting and More. ZMI is partially a virtual teaching service, yet also serves to instruct in-person home school music programs, high school garage bands, as well as the creation and development of private music studios on Maui. ZMI is a hub for aspiring musicians and songwriters, producing local talent and connecting people worldwide to collaborate, build musical brands and produce musical content. SNI's event production branch provides services for special occasions, offering unique DJ experiences, karaoke parties, live music for weddings as well as musical education workshops. To top it all off we also run a small artisan bakery (OG Breads Maui) producing organic sourdough bread products: our infamous country loaf, sourdough focaccia, english muffies and honey seeded wheat sandwich loaves for the people of the Island.

Our dream was to Journey to the East to the 'land of the Buddha'. My wife and I sold most of our worldly possessions packed our backpacks and flew off to Asia with a one way ticket. We pursued cultural experience, ancient wisdom, musical traditions, and healing & culinary arts. Few Highlights: Vipassina Meditation retreat in Thailand, Volunteering Bali Spirit festival in Indonesia, Studying Sitar in India, Hiking the Inca train to Machu Piccu & living in the Jungle for 2 months in Costa Rica.
