Investigate new data ingested from payment providers by the product engineers, design and create data models that solve business needs, perform QA and deployment with data engineers, collaborate with enterprise architect to create pipeline actions/triggers for sales and marketing, and compose thorough documentation• Work closely with the risk team to model and prepare data reports such as risk reviews, early fraud warnings, and variant-specific transactions, enabling the risk team to perform their reviews and other daily actions• Created SQL cohort logic and Looker Studio reports for the Payment Migration project. Accommodate evolving project needs by collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales, and ensure data integrity to determine migration cohort priorities, sizing, and impact, while meeting each cohort launch date• As the lead DA in the Trialer Routing Optimization (TRO) project team, my work provided invaluable insights into lead volume, quality, and revenue metrics, which enabled Business to make informed decisions to refine TRO models and drive subscription growth. I worked with the DS team to create BigQuery tables via DBT to capture TRO experiment reporting metrics and use them to construct scorecards for managerial reporting (the TRO project leads to ~37% lift in ARPU, 20%+ lift in conversion rate). I also created relevant Looker assets and performed lead-selection funnel analysis for Sales and Marketing to provide more visibility into how experimental models facilitate the trialer qualification and exclusion process among different focus groups• Maintain and own a Sales analytical model, including logic updates and knowledge transfer. Led project with DE to transform the model into a data product via DBT. Surfaced model data in Salesforce and ensured its accuracy and reliability.
