As the Public Relations Chair for Delta Zeta at Northeastern University, I have the privilege of representing our sorority on Instagram and TikTok. Since December 2023, my co-chair and I have managed all content, creating engaging posts, promoting recruitment, designing flyers for fundraisers, partnering with brands, and sharing our sorority’s values through graphics, aesthetic posts, and purposeful captions. During my co-op with Quickbase, I was welcomed into a dynamic, fast-paced environment that fueled my creativity and passion for marketing. I led projects in inbound/outbound email copywriting, direct mail, event marketing, landing pages, and ad design.Key Responsibilities: - Influenced $2,600,00 of pipeline by generating 86 SQOs through strategic initiatives, including event marketing, in-bound/outbound emails, targeted gifting, and webinar campaigns in Q1 and Q2 of 2024- Designed digital content (landing pages, emails, LinkedIn ads), with brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across channels/drive engagement- Supported outbound efforts by upleveling SDR Outreach sequences with personalized, use-case specific email cadences - Increased open rates from 25% to 49% through A/B testing SLs, boosting discovery meetings - Led a targeted SLED 1:1 campaign, developing landing pages in Craft to drive top priority accounts from postcard campaigns to free trial pages, increasing conversion rates and generating MQLs- Built out virtual events in Goldcast, creating registration pages and promo emails- Leveraged a B2B gifting service to send personalized offers with creative copy and custom landing pages, improving redemption rates from 10% to 40% - Led a Capstone project, to maximize follow up across three channels, implementing industry best practices and a value-first content approach to drive event-generated pipeline - Researched and classified events and tradeshows in the Construction, Manufacturing, and State & Local Government industries using a point system in Excel.
