Over Under Engineering Services Limited (OUES) is an electrical engineering consultancy skilled at providing design and project management services to the electrical distribution, telecommunication, and street lighting industries for local distribution companies, land developers, and municipalities alike. • Examine aerial projects’ functional requirements, establish design concept and parameters, and develop/confirm survey, CAD and Engineering (eng) project scoping.• Support survey tech field exercises with prompt response to scoping questions.• Review existing utility and municipal information in combination with UTS digital survey and field data collection (pole profiles and photos) to confirm initial design concept and parameters, and to course correct if required.• Support CAD techs in preliminary design drawing development with prompt response to scoping and preliminary design questions.• Lead eng techs in detailed aerial engineering to minimum utility or CSA design standards.• Prepare material estimates and technical procurement specifications.• Prepare project estimates and track resource performance metrics.• Complete AutoCAD drawing and other technical document updates.• Prepare underground distribution drawings.• Prepare photometric drawings.
