I am a Network Specialist at Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), where I ensure the availability, security, and performance of network-based resources for students and faculty at Cleveland State Community College. With over 14 years of experience in information technology, network management, and technical support, I have developed a strong expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing devices and systems, ranging from smartphones and laptops to video game consoles and instruments. I am currently working on a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Network Management from Colorado Technical University, and have obtained several industry-recognized certifications, including ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+, and the Cisco Certified Network Associate. I have successfully completed several network-related projects, such as EoL infrastructure equipment refreshes, satellite location support, and security controls implementation. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. My goal is to advance my career as a network engineer and work with a team of innovative and collaborative IT professionals.
