Designed two new snapshot reporting datasets for Product and Underwriting which recently provided information for Covid-19 tracking and Premium Change impact Created new transactional Cancel dataset which has provided user friendly tracking of cancel history and leveraged for loss ratio analysis and cancel predictions. Streamlined and rewrote 15 stored procedures into 3 dynamic versions for quick changes and consistent results between the various ways we view the data. Used Alteryx to create logic based scheduled database jobs to automate my work to be more available in my role.

Programmed majority of the base metrics for UQI 2.0 and assisted IT with any questions on data tables and logic to meet short deadline for the new version that was tied to Agent Profitability Bonus. Created a Trigger Dataset and Interactive report which measures system and document validation and streamlined from a prior run time of 2 days to 2 hours while providing business more usable data and actionable results.
