Full time 40 hr plus/week. Daily duties consist of observing production at the Damper Facility and finding solutions to help increase productivity, safety, and workflow. With limited supervision, I present solutions to the floor employees and collaborate with them to determine best design ideas. Using AutoCAD/Inventor I produce proofs of these deigns and present them for approval. Once approved, I purchase materials needed for my design as well as coordinate with other internal departments to create my design. Scheduling the installs and rearranging of shop floor for installs are tasked to me as well. I reorder supplies for the Damper facility assuring the floor employees have their necessary tools to be productive. Additionally, I was tasked with identifying and cataloging shop equipment and updating a shop floor map of the facility using AutoCAD.
