Tracks and assists with daily direct marketing deliverables.Liaison for DSCC DM team, working directly with our vendors and mailshop vendor for all production related items.Actively participates in client calls and in-person meetings.Assists with meeting coordination, management, and meeting follow-up. Works directly with various outside vendors, other DSCC departments, and external partners as needed.Works within our database of record and in tandem with our database vendor to manage donor data.Supports Director of Direct Marketing and team in an administrative capacity, as needed.Documents and records invoices from vendors, compares them to allotted budget.Tracks full program expenses against expected costs and against monthly budget.Logs daily mail pieces and revenue. Approves URL landing pages, writes URL copy, sets up URL donation pages, pulls monthly URL revenue.Approves production related items; proofs, insertions, setups.Helps vet production items through internal team.Hosts briefings to telemarketing firms.Hosts monitorings to telemarketing firms. Other duties as needed.
