• Executive Officer, second in command of a 220-man Headquarters Company; led the company’s supply chain management, administration, maintenance, and logistical operations • Managed a diverse team consisting of all functional Army branches to include; Infantry, Armor, Military Intelligence, Adjutants, Communications, Supply and Logistics to coordinate multiple projects • Responsible for maintaining accountability of $64 million dollars of equipment; supervised, identified all shortages and managed the ordering, receipt and issuing of all orders ensuring all inventory met operational requirements• Developed, supervised the maintenance plan and the overall maintenance of a 64 vehicle fleet maintaining over an 85% readiness rating 15% higher than the units requirement

• Second in command of a 120-man Infantry Company, responsible for junior management development, operations readiness, training, and morale throughout the entire company• Led five executive officers and supply managers through training on the Global Combat Support System-Army (SAP platform) to eliminate wasteful spending and streamlining the process of receiving repair parts and supplies for the battalion by over 75%• Oversaw the supply chain management of the company ensuring all bill of materials, inventory control, logistics and warehouse management were efficient ensuring the companies property allowed for every company need to be met• Oversaw the units conversion by executing 67 directed lateral transfers, totaling in over $11 million dollars two months ahead of schedule

• Led a 3-person team supporting an Infantry Battalion consisting of 700-members. Responsible for the acquisitions, coordination and procurement of training areas, and ammunition• Oversaw the battalion’s requisition of the ammunition utilizing the Total Ammunition Management Information System, forecasting the battalion’s field training exercise• Planned, coordinated and resourced the battalion live fire exercise resulting in the certification 12 light infantry platoons ensuring the battalions combat readiness

• Platoon Leader, supervised a team of 41 Infantry Soldiers by coaching and mentoring junior leaders, giving performance reviews, planning all levels of training, increasing morale, enforcing standards, and ensuring their safety and welfare• Responsible for supply chain management, including the deployment logistics of $20 million dollars of equipment such as vehicles, weapons, and night vision devices, as the Company Unit Movement Officer• Successfully deployed the platoon to Gabon, Africa and partnered with the French Army to train 5 African nations units of 375 personnel, on humanitarian operations culminating with a combined live fire with the Gabonese Army• One of two lieutenants chosen to present experiences from deployments to the AFRICOM theatre at the 2016 AUSA Conference
