I have been a self-employed boxing & kickboxing coach, working out of A.R.D. Training Camp since 2014. I wrote a series of articles and conducted a number of interviews with Professional Boxers for a few months during the first of the lockdowns here in England. I then continued on after the initial lockdown and did the occasional article for the Boxing Science website. As well as interviewing fighters, I reviewed and summarised some of the very few boxing shows that were going on during this time. For a year, I spent some time doing motivational speaking, mostly to secondary school children in assemblies & presentation evenings. I also spoke at a business conference centre, sharing my story with a number of people in a professional setting. My talks were based around overcoming adversity and covered a lot of different bases, including health, sport & psychology.
