I am an observability specialist with experience leading architecture and implementation for scalable observability and alerting solutions supporting enterprise software with millions of users worldwide. My areas of expertise include automation and design of extensible platforms for analytics and self-healing. I am a past member of Oracle’s Enterprise Manager Customer Advisory Board, and I have delivered conference presentations at Oracle Open World (3x) and Cerner’s DevCon (2x).

As Product Owner, I led the product strategy, roadmap, and a six-member globally distributed team. The platform has resulted in significant cost-to-serve savings and improved availability from 99.3% to 99.999%. Features include wallet authentication, connection pooling, Prometheus-friendly compatibility checks, and Grafana dashboards used by several organizations.
