My team's experience is my priority. On the surface, I perform the standard supervisor duties required in a financial institution. Assisting my team with member escalations and operational needs is an important aspect of my position, however, my main goal as an Area Member Services Officer is to ensure the culture of A+ Federal Credit Union is consistent amongst our branches. I assist whichever branches are in need of help while regularly meeting with my team on ways to improve the credit union experience for both employees and memebrs.

As a Member Services Officer II at A+ Federal Credit Union, I work with my team to provide the best service to our members and extend that service to our community. While supervising the Bee Cave branch, I collaborate with my team and other departments to create member service that establishes long-term relationships with our credit union.I have cemented myself as an expert on credit union policy as well as NCUA compliance regulations.

I am the author of the book series: Six Hours with Shai, the first book of which has recently been published. I also write short stories and am currently working on several other works for future publishing.

Liberty Tax Service was where I learned how to prepare taxes. While some may consider tax professionals to be poorly trained, my insight into taxes goes far beyond doing software guided taxes. I understand the forms required for any return and have a good understanding of the United States' tax code structure. I am also capable of preparing corporate returns. During my tenure at Liberty Tax Service, I have completed over 500 personal tax returns and over 30 corporate tax returns.

At Charlie Foxtrot Consulting, I researched economic trends and data in order to create detailed proposals, business plans, financial statements, and grants for clients. Largely, we worked with clients in the healthcare industry looking to stay competitive in the post Affordable Care Act market. However, we did work with clients from other industries from varying backgrounds.
