CurrentPlanning and executing McGraw-Hill's communications and PR strategy across its K-12 and higher education businesses, as well as the company’s high level thought leadership agenda and content strategy – in support of the goal of changing the perception of the company from a traditional publisher to a learning science organization.Building a thought leadership agenda and platform for senior leaders – crafting op-eds, writing speeches and preparing them for speaking engagements.Managing a proactive media relations strategy in support of key business objectives -- building relationships with journalists, responding to inquiries, preparing executives for interviews and more.Developing and producing content to support McGraw-Hill's external communication initiatives for distribution through the media, newsletters, company websites, social media channels, intranet, and third party sites/platforms.Leading the planning and execution of the company's presence at key national conferences, including SXSW EDU and the ASU+GSV Summit.
