• Automated a previously manual system of monitoring cable extrusion jobs and developed a similar system for cable print and assembly jobs, saving 3 man-hours per week and improving job and inventory accuracy
• Serves as a system administrator on Epicor, Salesforce, and SmartEquip, assisting users, troubleshooting bugs, and managing Trystar's product configurators, BAQs, BPMs, Crystal Reports, and Dashboards
