I am the founder of SeniorAsset, a business that improves seniors' lives by taking on tasks such as meal preparation, technology support, transportation, and companionship. In this role, I manage all aspects of the business and serve as a caregiver.

While my title is BA, I do some of nearly everything - reporting, defining requirements, documentation, development, systems integration, project management. This requires an extensive skill set - organization, attention to detail, communication, ability to quickly learn new systems, etc. I've leveraged these skills to create solutions that drive business value, which are highlighted below:● Developed and implemented fully automatic data migration system between Epicor ERP 9 andSalesforce, decreasing Salesforce data lag by over 1 business day, saving 2 man-hours per week, and saving Trystar from spending $10,000 on comparable system quoted by consulting firm● Created, managed, and developed project to migrate customer-related information that was previously tracked via tribal knowledge and Google Sheets into Epicor● Conducted independent research regarding ground clamp and electrode holder quality and cost, and found that Trystar should switch to a different vendor as standard; shared written report withmanagement; findings saved Trystar over $3000 per year and improved product quality● Automated a previously manual system of monitoring cable extrusion jobs and developed a similar system for cable print and assembly jobs, saving 3 man-hours per week and improving job and inventory accuracy● Serves as a system administrator on Epicor, Salesforce, and SmartEquip, assisting users, troubleshooting bugs, and managing Trystar's product configurators, BAQs, BPMs, Crystal Reports, and Dashboards● As key member of Trystar’s Epicor 10.2 upgrade team, leads the uplift of Trystar’s productconfigurators, will lead the uplift of BPMs, BAQs, and dashboards, and will assist in the conversion of Crystal Reports to SSRS

● Analyzed data from over 4,000 LearningBuilder customer support cases and 90,000 employee time log entries and presented findings to company co-founder using Excel Pivot-based reporting● Performed market research in preparation for new LearningBuilder software website
