I value the opportunity to work alongside my Halbert Hargrove colleagues as a guru, guide and gladiator for our clients. My overarching focus is on helping clients continue to meet their financial goals—and ensuring that their experience of the entire process is supportive and positive. I work as a part of a collaborative team, with responsibilities that range from responding to clients’ questions and concerns about their finances, to preparing proprietary HH reviews, analytics, and other client presentations, to creating, delivering, and monitoring financial plans.

As Client Service Manager, I take care of a host of diverse details and responsibilities for my clients’ accounts. My role includes oversight of Halbert Hargrove’s administrative and client documentation systems—along with ensuring that we continue to follow best practices as a fiduciary. I maintain an open communication with my clients, following through on all regulatory paperwork, assisting them with tracking their accounts through the HH website, and making sure all their requests and needs are attended to. Working as part of a team with the Regional Director and Relationship Manager, we aspire to know our clients well so that we can address their unique needs and preferences.

As an intern at Halbert Hargrove my main goal is to support the client service team with any tasks they need assistance with. Whether it is updating client account information in various financial planning software programs or compiling necessary documents for the service teams before a client meeting, I am here to improve efficiency. Aside from helping the client service and Operations teams, my daily activities can include generating daily client performance reports, engaging in ad-hoc security and portfolio research, or participating in the weekly staff meetings and taking notes. Overall, I aim to streamline the workflow to ultimately better serve the HH client.

Provided customer service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, processing payments, and fulfilling other various needs of guests. Assisted with seating and hosting positions during first year.
