As Client Service Manager, I take care of a host of diverse details and responsibilities formy clients’ accounts. My role includes oversight of Halbert Hargrove’s administrative andclient documentation systems—along with ensuring that we continue to follow bestpractices as a fiduciary. I maintain an open communication with my clients, followingthrough on all regulatory paperwork, assisting them with tracking their accounts throughthe HH website, and making sure all their requests and needs are attended to. Workingas part of a team with the Regional Director and Relationship Manager, we aspire toknow our clients well so that we can address their unique needs and preferences.
